Chicken, Beef, and Veggie Stir Fry

We both love to eat stir fry but had never attempted to make our own. We did not use a recipe for this we kind of just eye balled everything and put in what we like so you can do the same with your stir fry.

Ingredients
-1 package of chicken cut into strips
-1 package of beef (we couldn't find them already cut into strips so we just got little cubes that were for stew, if you can use strips of beef).
-1 can of whole baby corn
-1 package of broccoli
-1 can of water chestnuts
-1 medium sized yellow onion (cut into strips)
-Stir fry sauce
-a handful of bean sprouts
-vegetable oil
-salt and pepper

Pour about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a big pan over medium heat. Once that has had time to heat up add in the broccoli and the onion. Cook until the onion starts to get soft.

Next add in the whole baby corn (cut them in half if they are too big) and the water chestnuts (don't forget to drain the canned foods). Also add in the bean sprouts. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Once the veggies have cooked, put them in a bowl, use the same pan for the meat. Put about a tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pan. You can cook the chicken and beef together. Cook until meat is fully cooked. Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Once the meat is cooked add the vegetable back in and mix everything together (you will need to drain out all the extra juice from the meat before putting the veggies back in).

Put in enough stir fry sauce to lightly coat the stir fry. It would be smart to follow what the bottle says to do, but we just eye balled it. We also added in a little bit of soy sauce to our stir fry. Mix it all up and it is ready to be served! We put our stir fry over some jasmine rice! :)

ENJOY!!
