Scrumptious Tilapia
-1/4 cup of panko crumbs (bread crumbs will also work)
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-tilapia fillets
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 tablespoon butter
-1 teaspoon chopped garlic
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-A splash of white wine
-2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Combine panko crumbs with the salt and pepper. Lightly coat each side of the tilapia.
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Brown both sides of the tilapia (about 3 minutes on each side).
Once the tilapia is done cooking set it aside. Turn down the heat of the same skillet that was used for the tilapia and add in the butter. Once the butter has melted add the garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and a splash of white wine. Let is saute for 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce evenly on both of the tilapia fillets and ENJOY!!
